Supervision, Consultation & Training

Supervision

Our therapists have extensive experience providing supervision and consultation to clinicians training and in practice. These sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length.

We provide individual and small group supervision to clinicians working toward licensure. Supervision by a senior clinician offers opportunities to identify your unique gifts as a therapist; develop a strong professional self; enhance clinical competency, including increasing clinical knowledge, clinical judgment, and clinical skills; recognize and resolve when your own stuff is triggered by your clinical work; identify any personal insecurities that hold you back from being the most effective therapist; and learn how to create a work/life balance as well as establish good self-care routines.

We supervise from a relational, strengths-based perspective. We approach supervision similarly to therapy, creating a collaborative and accepting space to explore, gain clarity, and deepen your clinical work. We believe that supervision works best when the relationship between supervisor and clinician has a strong foundation of curiosity, trust, and respect.

Consultation

Clinical case consultation is available for clinicians that are just beginning their therapy practice, as well as ongoing support and guidance for established clinicians.

Looking to start a private practice or scale your existing practice to the next level? We provide consulting services to early-career and established psychotherapists looking for support and guidance navigating the business side of clinical practice and help with building an aligned and thriving private practice.

If you are interested, please contact us for further information regarding availability and rates for clinical supervision and consultation.

Training

We offer online and in-person professional trainings on an ongoing basis that support our commitment to share knowledge and skills and help clinicians deepen and enhance their clinical work.

Scheduled trainings are posted on an updated basis.
